Welcome Picnic

At Carncot Independent School, our pupils benefit from quickly becoming members of a close-knit, supportive and encouraging community. This interconnectedness, and sense of belonging, enables our children thrive as learners, developing a strong sense of their own identity in a safe and caring environment.

Our 2020 school year is well underway! Always popular on our annual calendar, the Carncot school community enjoyed our annual back-to-school picnic last week on a beautiful Manawatū evening. This was a wonderful opportunity to welcome back returning students, meet our 16 new families and familiarise ourselves with class routines for the year ahead. Well done to Nightingale House for taking out the parent tug-of-war!
