As a rule, fees are billed each term and are payable, in advance. Some families pay on invoice, while many set up direct debit or automatic payment plans, to spread payments across 10 months of the school year.
Any additional charges for extra, optional activity fees, are invoiced termly. Such additional fees are kept to a minimum, and are typically only for additional options selected where costs beyond the regular curriculum opportunities are involved. They include an annual school camp (Years 4 – 8), the costs associated with participation in school sports teams or an Elective where outside tutors are engaged (e.g. Chess Club, lunch-time dancing lessons, lunch-time Language Club).
All fees listed are inclusive of GST.
