Carncot Where? Then and Now ...
Photo contest open for Year 6-8 girls
You might have seen the old black white photo of the school displayed in the library….. these show the different places where Carncot School was before moving here.
Requirements:
To take current colour photos of the seven locations in Palmerston North where Carncot school was BEFORE it moved to 263 Broadway Avenue.
The deadline to handover your photo is the end of the 3rd week of Term 3 (Friday 19 August).
There will be a prize for the most accurate and interesting photos. The winning photos will feature in the ‘Carncot: Then and Now archives exhibition’.
All the clues are in the exhibition ‘Carncot various location around town’ in the school library. You can also find clues in the ‘Carncot, The First 100 years’ book.
Email your photos to friendsofcarncot@gmail.com or give the archivist a USB stick with your photos (the archives room is in the old school hall).
